Toraño Virtuoso Torpedo
Wrapper: Sun Grown
Binder:?
Filler: Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama
Construction: A smooth dark brown wrapper with only a small tiny circle of a
lighter color. The Band on this differs from the production bands that I have
seen though.
Pre-light: Light hints of roasted coffee and spice
Burn: Nice even burn, clipped clean on the Torpedo. I used a punch on the Toro,
also punched clean.
Draw: That perfect bit of tightness that Toraño delivers every time. Consistent
from beginning to end
Drink: Water
Smoking Notes: Hints of Coffee and a rich leathery and peppery spice throughout
most of this cigar.
Overall Impression: This cigar starts off full to medium bodied and graduates to
a full bodied wonder. The odd thing is that within the first half an inch it
tricks you into thinking this is just another full bodied powerhouse. Then all
of the flavors start kicking in. I really enjoyed this smooth but full bodied
cigar.
