The most noticeable aspect of the Rare Corojo 10th Anniversary's appearance is its reddish-brown wrapper. The cigar's box-pressed shape is also noticeable. The dark wrapper is a tad oily, and it has a few small veins running throughout. The cigar appears to be well-constructed overall. It feels firm to the touch, with just a little give, but no soft spots that stand out. The pre-light scent is of cedar, and the cold taste is earthy. The two decorative bands give the cigar an elegant look. The top band displays the Punch name and logo, while the one beneath it bears the Rare Corojo 10th Anniversary name. Both bands have a red, gold, and white color scheme that's easy on the eyes.

After being lit, the Rare Corojo 10th Anniversary burns well. The draw is excellent. The cigar's ash is light in color but somewhat flaky. The burn stays even without the need for any touch-ups, which is always nice. The cigar also stays lit on its own until the very end without the help of a lighter. Burn-wise, there are hardly any complaints.

The flavors in the Rare Corojo 10th Anniversary are enjoyable. The cigar offers a nice variety of flavors that keep it from being dull. It begins with cedar, and then shifts toward some spicy notes. The second third tends to be smoother and offers up sweet and creamy notes. The final third is characterized by spice and cedar once again.

The Punch Rare Corojo 10th Anniversary was a solid stick overall. It never got bland, and the flavors interchanged frequently and offered some nice transitions. The cigar looked good from the start, and stayed true to its solid construction with a satisfactory burn. I wouldn't go as far as to say that this is one of my favorite smokes, but it is worthy of a purchase. It has just enough kick without being overbearing, so experienced smokers should give it a try. Beginners may find it to be a tad on the strong side. While the 10th Anniversary is very limited, its price tag is reasonable. A single sells in the $6.50 range, which is not bad at all. You can also find the cigar in packs of five or boxes of 25.

The Punch Rare Corojo 10th Anniversary earns a rating of 3.5 out of four stars.
