Today we come to you with more new releases that may tickle your cigar fancy. We have quite a variety to discuss. Up next are some new sizes from an Arturo Fuente line, new packaging for some mini Montecristos, a new cigar line with plenty of swagger, and a comedian's venture into the cigar world.
Arturo Fuente Rosado Sungrown Magnum R
In December 2009, the Arturo Fuente Rosado Sungrown Magnum R was released to the public. Upon its release, the Magnum R line was offered in just three sizes: the 5 x 52 R-52, the 6 1/4x 54 R-54 , and the 5 5/8x 56 R-56. As you can see, each cigar's name takes after its ring gauge. The line is the newest from Fuente, and is now set to see some expansion in the fall with more sizes being offered.
To expand the line, its creator, Carlos Fuente Jr., plans to add more sizes that should please fans of fatter cigars. The hint of thicker cigars is the only specific information offered at the moment, as no exact size additions have been revealed yet.
The Magnum R line is highlighted by special Ecuadorian Sumatra wrappers that have been aged eight to ten years. Unlike the wrappers that have graced other cigars from the brand, the ones used in the Magnum R line come from a lower level on the plant. The line is not as powerful as other cigars from the brand, and is considered to be medium-bodied.
The three sizes that are currently available average around $6 to $7 per single, so you can expect to pay somewhere in that ballpark range for the new sizes when they come out in the fall.
Montecristo Clubs in a Tin

High quantity at low cost. That is not a bad combination when you are talking about cigars if you want some bang for your buck. One such cigar is the machine-made Montecristo Club cigarillo.
