CAO Promotes Michael Pegg to Vice President Sales CAO, one of the world’s foremost cigar manufacturers, announced today the promotion of Michael (Micky) Pegg to the position of Vice President Sales. Former CAO National Sales Manager and 13-year veteran of the premium cigar industry, Pegg will be responsible for overseeing and establishing the strategic direction for the CAO national sales force. “From increasing sales volumes with our biggest retail accounts to implementing key strategic sales department initiatives, Micky has made tremendous contributions to our success,” commented CAO Chairman Gary Hyams. “This well-deserved promotion reflects his incredible drive and dedication to CAO.” CAO President Tim Ozgener added, “Micky’s demonstrated success in driving sales, implementing new programs, and leading a team is ideal for directing the outstanding group of sales professionals already in place within our organization.” Pegg joined CAO as regional sales manager in June 2003 and was promoted to national sales manager in 2004.
