CAO Announces The Latest Size Extension To CAO Criollo Line
Nashville, September 19, 2003: CAO, the cigar makers renowned for ‘outscoring the Cubans,’ has announced a new size addition to their highly sought-after CAO Criollo line. The CAO Criollo ‘Bomba’ is the fifth size in the line and measures 6” x 50.
This announcement comes on the heels of the October 2003 issue of Cigar Aficionado wherein the CAO Criollo shared the highest rating awarded to a Nicaraguan cigar. “Bomba is a direct response to the popularity that our Criollo line has enjoyed since its introduction last year,” said CAO President and Founder, Cano A. Ozgener. “It is no secret that the Corona Gorda is one of the most popular sizes in cigars today, and the Bomba not only fulfills that niche, but is a marvelous augmentation to the rest of the line, as well.”
CAO recently introduced its seventh premium cigar line, the CAO MX2, at the 71st Annual RTDA show in Nashville, TN.
CAO International, Inc. is the producer of one of the country’s top lines of premium cigars, Meerschaum pipes and pipe tobaccos. Founded by Cano A. Ozgener in Nashville as a labor of love thirty-five years ago, today CAO products can be found in every continent in the world with the exception of Antarctica. CAO produces six cigar lines that have all been rated ‘90’ (“OUTSTANDING”) or above, by Cigar Aficionado and Cigar Insider.
