TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - January 30, 2008) - ACME Sports and Entertainment announces the official launch of Casa Havana Coffee Bars & Cigars. The innovative concept merges the success of coffee giant, Starbucks Coffee, with a smoker-friendly atmosphere for cigar smokers.

Casa Havana is opening three (3) locations in the Tampa Bay area in February 2008 and projects an additional eleven (11) locations by year end 2008. ASEN, which owns and operates Tabacaleras Cubanas USA of Ybor City, Florida, will sell their cigars at the Casa Havana locations. Ybor City is the home of Florida's oldest cigar factories offering authentic Cuban-style hand-rolled cigars.

Thomas Kozlowski, CEO of ACME Sports and Entertainment, stated: "With many States now banning cigar smoking in restaurants, bars and public areas, cigar bars are the last safe haven for smokers. Casa Havana plans to fill that substantial void by offering an elegant coffee/cigar bar concept nation wide. Our first location has been extremely successful in both acceptances with the public and financially profitable."

Casa Havana will begin opening locations during February and average one (1) new store per month thereafter. Locations for New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami and Orlando have already been identified.

Casa Havana plans to become a significant niche player in the $9 billion-per-year coffee sector by catering to the 21% of customers who are smokers.
