"Following our 2007 Heavenly Angels calendar," reports Heather L. Phillips, founder and CEO of Heavenly Cigars, "I was not planning on doing a 2008 calendar. However, due to an overwhelming demand ... here we go again. Giving it some thought, I decided to introduce the 2008 calendar in an artistic style."

Over the years, Phillips and the Heavenly Angels have built the company's identity as a top maker of premium flavored cigars. Her Heaven brand has expanded to 14 different flavors, including imaginative flavor combinations like her latest, Mojito Madness ... which Phillips describes as "the perfect infusion of refreshing mint, tropical lime, and a kick of rum. A taste that will enchant your senses."

The Angels' presence, and their knowledge at trade shows, celebrity events and retailers' shops has paid dividends in building market awareness for the company. The Angels calendar has been Phillips' niche, as customers are especially responsive to seeing an Angel they have personally met, gracing their walls for a month.

Phillips has taken the calendar a step further for 2008. This year's theme ... once again relying on the creative, unique talent of artist and Angel Jennifer Seidel-Walsh, is a tribute to different eras in the history of tobacco and cigars. Phillips explains: "Some Angels will wear painted-on clothing. Others will be clothed, but wearing painted designs. Our intent is to create fanciful themes that relate back to those eras. Each month will include a legend on the historical period that the marking or clothing depicts, as well as that Angel's biography and personal comments."

The black-and-white calendar highlighting "Body Paint" color throughout, opens out to 9" wide by 24" high. A photo and written description of a Heaven flavored cigar is included as before, plus the dates of all important tobacco-related events, like the IPCPR (formerly RTDA), Inter-Tabac, and NATO trade shows, Big Smoke, and Smoke on the Water.
