La Aroma de Cuba Corona and Double Corona
La Aroma de Cuba, a brand owned by Ashton Distributors, recently announced that its line was expanding with the addition of two new sizes. The first addition is the Corona, which measures 5 ½ x 44, while the other addition, the Double Corona, measures in a 7 ½ x 52. Other cigars already in the La Aroma de Cuba line include the 4 ¾ x 50 Rothschild, 5 x 54 Robusto, 5 ½ x 52 Belicoso, 5 ½ x 60 Immensa, 5 ¾ x 48 Marquis Tube, 6 x 52 Monarch, 7 x 50 Churchill, and 7 ½ x 38 Lancero.
Each cigar consists of a spicy Nicaraguan filler and a chocolaty Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. The renowned Garcia family, headed by Don Pepin himself, is in charge of producing La Aroma de Cuba in Nicaragua. The cigars come packed in boxes of 25 and retail for around $5 to $7 per single, depending on the size.
La Flor Dominicana Factory Press IV
The Factory Press IV is one of two cigars set to hit shelves this month from La Flor Dominicana. Once it does hit shelves, do not hesitate to pick one up, as production is being limited to only around 200 boxes of 10 trays each containing 12 cigars. The release is the fourth from the Factory Press line, which gets its name from the pressed shape of the cigars.
The La Flor Dominicana Factory Press IV is a full-bodied cigar that consists of a Dominican filler and an Ecuadorian binder. A Mexican Maduro wrapper completes the composition. The tobaccos reserved for the cigar come from very special crops, which is why such limited quantities are being produced.
La Flor Dominicana Cameroon Cabinet Chisel
The Cameroon Cabinet Chisel from La Flor Dominicana is the second full-bodied release that the brand is making available this month. The Chisel is simply a new addition to the pre-existing Cameroon Cabinet line, and it measures 6 x 54. Considered to be complex and full-flavored, the Chisel features a filler blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos. The binder is also Dominican, and a Cameroon Ligero tops everything off. Look for the Cameroon Cabinet Chisel in boxes of 20.
