Padron Family Reserve No. 85

It may be hitting shelves late, but the Padron Family Reserve No. 85 has started to become available on a limited basis. The cigar was originally scheduled to be released early in September, but packaging issues held it back. The Family Reserve No. 85 was created to celebrate the 85th birthday of Orlando Jose Padron, the man responsible for founding the brand in Miami in 1964. The cigar follows in the footsteps of the previous No. 44, No. 45, and No. 46 Family Reserve selections from Padron, but it obviously broke tradition with the numbering of its name.
The Family Reserve No. 85 is a Nicaraguan puro that is made up entirely of Nicaraguan tobaccos. It comes in both a Natural and Maduro version and measures 5 ¼ x 50. Handmade in Nicaragua by a small team of skilled rollers, the No. 85 is limited and will be slowly distributed to cigar stores. Look for the No. 85 in boxes of 10, with a rather hefty suggested retail price of $20 per single.
Cremo Cigars

Cremo, one of the top selling brands of the early 1900’s, is making a comeback. The brand began in Manhattan and eventually disappeared as factories shifted down south. Luckily, news has hit the airwaves that Cremo has been revived and will start making its way onto store shelves. Cremos are categorizes as being mild and affordable. Although the comeback is not in full swing as of yet, you can keep up with its progress by visiting www.cremocigars.com.
