Crowned Heads Salutes Jesse James

Nashville is home to more than outlaw country music. The Tennessee capital also houses Crowned Heads LLC, a boutique cigar company that will soon introduce a brand named after one of the most notorious outlaws in American history.

At this summer’s International Premium Cigar & Pipes Retailers trade show, Crown Heads will be introducing a new brand called J.D. Howard Reserve, named after the fake appellation used by the famous outlaw Jesse James.

James lived a fairly quiet life in Nashville when he wasn’t busy robbing banks and trains, or killing people.

Like the other products from Crowned Heads, the J.D. Howard will be manufactured in Santiago, Dominican Republic, by Ernesto Perez-Carillo. The medium-to-full-bodied cigar will come in five sizes including four parejos. Prices have yet to be determined.
