So what makes them so collectible? Well a trip inside a collector's mind might prove to be of little use even if you could look in there because what appeals to one collector has absolutely no attraction for another collector. And while some collectors will collect anything that has some connection to cigar smoking others are much more discerning and concentrate on just one particular item.

For example some collectors will concentrate solely on antique lighters, others may focus on cigar holders while others look at nothing other than cigar boxes. Even within those seemingly narrow categories there are sub-categories that narrow the focus for collectors even more.

An example of sub-categories would be a collector who only collects lighters made by a certain manufacturer or a cigar box collector who only collects boxes that come from a certain country ... or even a geographic region in that country.

I have an El Producto Coronas Cigar card board box and the best thing about this box it still has all but about 4 cigars out of fifty in it . The bottom of the box of the box read The original retail price of The Coronas herein container is intended by the importer to be more then 15 cent each and not more then 20 cent each.

I found this paper fan at a yard sale. It has the name Great Hill Cigars on it. Under the name there are some symbols or words in what looks like Chinese or Japanese language. Do you think this is of any value? I have looked for memorabilia for cigars that are fans but have not found anything. Can you help me out? . Thanks.
