The Preferido is the original shape rolled at the La Aurora factory back in
1903. La Aurora is the Dominican Republic’s oldest brand, rolled at the
countries oldest factory. The Preferido is the traditional size, a perfecto
expanding to a fat center in the middle giving the enthusiast a variety of
flavors and strengths. Today the size is made to commemorate the brands
beginnings and is sought out by cigar lovers around the world. Production is
limited to 200,000 cigars a year, adding to their exclusivity.
