On Saturday we attended the Ybor City Cigar Heritage Festival, caught Cigar Dave's live show, went to Edwards Pipe & Tobacco and then on to St. Petersburg. Over there we had dinner at sidewalk tables at Jo Jo's Italian Restaurant which was excellent. Of course, some of us smoked cigars there as well.

Then we crossed the street to Central Cigars, a posh, but not pretentious cigar bar with leather chairs and full liquor bar.
On Sunday the guys hit Clearwater Beach for Cigars, Sand and Surf, and then some football – all while enjoying the fine premium cigars we all love.
We had guys from all over the US come in for the weekend herf, and it was all planned out online in the cigar forums here at Puff.com.
If you are planning your first herf, you may want to go a little simpler and start with a few guys in your home town for just one night, or a Saturday barbeque. Or see if your local B&M or cigar bar will host it. It's harder and harder these days to find a cigar friendly restaurant, but there are still a few outdoor seating areas around.
