5 Vegas may not be the biggest name in the industry, but the brand does have some high quality cigars in its lineup. Besides quality, 5 Vegas also offers cigars that are packed with flavor. Best of all, the brand supplies its cigars to the cigar-loving public at a very reasonable price. We've done some 5 Vegas reviews here in the past, but today's profile will offer a glimpse into the different lines that brand has produced.
5 Vegas Cigar Lines
5 Vegas Classic
The Classic is the original line from 5 Vegas. It's sometimes referred to as the Reserva or Red, but has made its mark on the cigar industry using the Classic moniker. While a first entry is usually accustomed to growing pains in any facet of life, the Classic has received a ton of praise from critics and publications. You could even say that it's the most popular line from 5 Vegas. Besides offering plenty of smoothness and flavor, the Class is also very affordable, making it ideal as an everyday smoke for fans of medium-bodied stogies.
The Classic is made up of aged tobaccos from five different plantations. Its filler is a blend of Dominican Cuban Seed and Nicaraguan Cuban Seed tobaccos. The binder is also Nicaraguan, and it's topped off with a dark Sumatra wrapper. As stated, the Classic is very smooth and it offers notes of coffee and cream, among others. The line is offered in the following sizes: the 5 x 50 Robusto, the 5 ½ x 55 Fifty Five, the 5 ½ x 44 Corona, the 6 x 38 Panatela, the 6 x 54 Torpedo, the 6 x 48 Double Corona, and the 7 x 52 Churchill.

5 Vegas Gold
If you are a beginner or enjoy milder smokes, the Gold line is right up your alley. The Gold is listed as mild to medium-bodied in strength, but 5 Vegas promises that it is lacking in complexity. It seems as if more full-bodied cigars are getting the most attention these days with the promise of also having fuller flavor, so being able to sample a mild, yet flavorful cigar is a nice change of pace.
The 5 Vegas Gold is an attractive line that looks just as its name would suggest. From the large gold decorative band to the silky gold wrapper, the Gold has a wonderful glow to it. The cigar comes from Honduras and features a filler blend of Nicaraguan Cuban Seed and Honduran Cuban Seed tobaccos. The binder is also Honduran, and all of the nation's tobaccos used in the Gold are aged for five years prior to being rolled. Finishing off the Gold is a beautiful Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper. The Gold is very soothing, and a great choice to start off each day with a cup of coffee. Expect a lot of creaminess, notes of caramel, pepper, and more. 5 Vegas offers the Gold in various “gold-themed” sizes: the 4 ½ x 44 Nuggets, the 5 x 50 Robusto, the 5 ½ x 55 Double Nickel, the 6 x 50 Toro, the 6 x 54 Torpedo, the 7 x 50 Churchill, and the 7 ½ x 54 No. 1.
