Okay. By now, you have her right where you want her. Your witty messages have caught her attention, and left her yearning for that new message notification to go off. What do you do now? The best thing to do is wait. You are just starting off here, and you do not want to come off as needy. You want to make her think that you are of high value, and do not have time to text back and forth all day. You want to make her cling to that last message and think about when the next one will come. Put yourself in her shoes. In fact, think about a time in your past when you called someone or emailed them as you were courting them. Remember when they didn't respond for a couple of days? You thought about them during that time, did you not? Now you are in control, and can use that same power that once controlled you.

If you build up a detectable pattern of returning texts immediately after you receive them, the novelty of the whole event will wear off. If she knows she can count on you to text her back within a certain amount of time, she will probably get bored. People want what they can't have, so play hard to get. Otherwise, you might appear to be putty in her hands, and she will move on to a more suspenseful beau. Give her a small taste of what you are about, and be random about your timing. This will make you appear more mysterious, and women love mystery.
