Do you smoke only top shelf? Mix and match? Any machine made? Ever?
Cigarette smokers are slaves to their habit. But, as a cigar smoker, I subscribe to the notion that it's more rewarding to smoke better, not more often.
With that in mind, how many sticks are you burning a day? And, how often do you change your stick, size, brand, etc?

I probably smoke 2-3 sticks nightly to help me unwind and relax.

It is rare for me to smoke more than one cigar in a day. There have been occasions when I have gotten two in, but those were days when I was balling with the boys. (Smoked one on the golf course and another in the poker room)
Another reason I only have one in a day is the size I smoke. I normally smoke robustos or larger. However, coronas are becoming more appealing. I’m a really slow smoker.
I really love anything AF makes, El Rey De Mundo, RP Vintages and Edges, Pedermo, Carlos Torano, H Upmann Cameron, La Vieja and others. I tend to like Cameroon, maduro and corojo wrapped cigars.

I am always hobbled by the health thing. I smoke one when I can. That equates to about 3 a week. It is not a matter of numbers, but a matter of being outside with a friend or a special moment. I have been up to one a day, but that doesn't work just now. Time will tell with the market and if the stars line up I will smoke one a day and as my grandfather said "smoke a cigar a day and you won't have worms."

The numbers vary depending on the occasion. The other day, while watching the Super Bowl, I had 3 during the game.
As far as favorite brand, I have come to a general consensus, that Punch Gran Puro Toro is my "go to" brand...that being "Top Shelf". But, others have made their presence known too. The least expensive is the Flor de Oliva Corojo Toro - what a bargain and a wonderful everyday smoke. I have tried a number of brands, sizes, wrappers, etc...but the Maduro, Corojo, and a Dark Natural are the winners in my book.
Rocky Patel - Indian Tabac - Oliva - Excalibur - Sancho Panza - Carinos (they're all in the humidor)

Time is the factor for me. During the work week I only have time for one at night, usually after dinner paired with a nice glass of bourbon or scotch. On the weekends it increases to 2 or 3. I can never smoke one right after another. If I do I'll feel "smoked out" half way through the second one.
My cigar budget dictates that I mix top shelf with everyday varieties. Flor de Oliva is also one of my bundle faves. Just tried Royal Nicaraguan claros and those were pretty good too. For top shelf stuff, I'm currently puffing through a box of Avo Classic No.2's. They are a delight!
