Had the Padres won yesterday or win today, they are guaranteed at least the Wild Card.
You also forgot another scenario. If the Padres win and the Rockies win (Dbacks lose), The Padres and Dbacks would be tied for the NL West Crown. A playoff I believe, with the winner taking the crown and the loser being the WC.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the Dbacks already clinched the division. If they are tied and both are in the playoffs, they don't have a one game playoff, they resolve it a different way (head to head record I believe).
