I think that any time the government says we have found away to help the people, the people are in for it. It is a sad thing when they(the government) thinks of ways to punish(cigar and pipe smokers) the people who smoke with a tax. Why not a tax on milk or maybe movies, I know better yet water somthing that every one must pay taxes on,
