I could be way off here, but it's my understanding that the only illegality concerning Cuba is with spending money there or on Cuban goods in other countries. For example, we can all legally travel to Cuba. We just can't buy anything there.
Does anyone have a definitive answer on whether or not the
possession of CCs is illegal? For example if they were gifted by a non-US citizen. I'd really be curious to know. If the answer is yes, it seems that
a lot of people use little discretion on the boards about their own consumption of them.
