Did a little BBQ'en this weekend for about 250 people. All I had to do was cook up the meat. Made this gig a whole lot easier than having to provides sides, etc.
2:30 am Treat:Just a little something for me and my helpers that stayed up all night with me. I actually cooked 3 slabs of ribs and a mess of homemade sausage for our "snack", but this was the only picture that I got before carnage insued!
