Right now I'd have to say the letter thing. Send them to as many DC suits you have stamps for. I already sent my e-mail to an officer friend there and he too is looking into the treatment of all troops stationed there. I understand the Army has a way of "forgetting" things that impact our troops. If we keep DC hounding thier asses they'll have to fix it. Also petition CNN for a followup...
This stuff doen't happen in the AF. We would have moved everybody out day 1. We also have some great NCOs that visit thier troops on a regular sched. in the dorm and report on anything that needs "attention".
