Many of you have probably heard the story of "great sportsmanship" shown in the college softball game when 2 girls of the opposing team carried a girl who hit the game winning home run and then blew out a knee around the bases. if not here's the story

My point is this would have never happened in a men's baseball game, for 2 reasons. one, the opposing team would not help, and two, they wouldn't need to help because the injured player still had one good knee. Most men would get up and hop around the bases, worrying about the game first and the injury later. A simple difference, not for better or worse, between the sexes when it comes to competition. Do you agree or disagree??
