Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 Connecticut Review
Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 Connecticut
Construction: perfect 10/10
Burn: perfect
Flavor: good
Strength: mild to medium
This is just a beautiful cigar. I hate to cut it.
When I lit this up I thought wow, this is just like the Ashton Heritage. I actually said it out loud. It had a nutty flavor that I love. At first similar to the Montecristo and Ashton Heritage, But it did not develop any sweetness or creaminess like the Montecristo, and a pepper developed that overpowered the nuttiness.
It did not have the array of flavors I’m used to in a Patel but I enjoyed this and it’s not a bad stick.
Here are some pre-light pics. I took some pictures of the burn on my cell phone and it is telling me my service is unavailable right now. I’ll post them later if it comes back up.
