Cuesta Rey No.9 Maduro Review

I dont think i have ever seen better construction in a pyramid cigar. This thing was perfect. Smooth wrapper, no veins, great maduro shade. Over all great to look at.

I sparked it up, and the draw was a bit easy, and the burn even. Then came the taste, or rather, the lack of it. The smoke was thin and light felt like sucking air. Now i can appreciate a mild cigar (this one being extra mild) but i expect some body and personality. There was none. The only hints of taste came half way trough, where there was a deffinate bitter, turning into salty taste. The kind of salty that you get in your mouth just before you are about to puke.
Overall- Crap!

Ill give it a 2/10 just because of the construction, but otherwise 40 min of my life wasted.
