I've gotten some dry and damaged sticks from famous-smoke and CI mostly on their samplers. Famous is good for their auction site. The following sites have a good selection and a lot of hard to find sticks. And 3 out of the four have very fair pricing and all have great customer service. Holts had me on their wait list for the tatuaje black label and i got the call as soon as the shipment came in.

holts.com (good selection, always have VSG's since they own ashton, great samplers)
tampasweathearts.com (owned by the fuente's, need to email darlene for their rarities list, it's worth the email and she easy on the eyes)
