I'm with the Fresh NC crowd on this one. Most NC's are in fact arleady aged, and only picked to add to a blend when at their peek preformances. The different tobaccos that go into a NC cigar are carefully watched over and tested time after time to achieve a certain taste/aroma/apperance that the artist wants to share with the world. It's an art form practiced over a lifetime. Some blenders have it, and some not so much for my taste. I guess I wouldn't take a Master Chef's signature dish home and throw it in the oven. If the dish/cigar doesn't suit my personal pallet, I order something different from the menue on the next go round.
