IMO the only filters worth a hoot are the 9mm charcoal. Paper filters are a waste of time. Estates from Ebay need varying degrees of cleaning and sanitation. A pocket knife or reamer, rubbing alcohol and some fat pipe cleaners will solve most of these issues. Mothers aluminum polish also comes in handy for making the mouthpiece look nice.
