Heh, yep I did that. When I purge I always make sure it's completely empty which, as you said, means bleeding it till there's no hiss several times, and making sure it doesn't light several times off any possible remaining gas. I've also adjusted the flame height, which initially made a dramatic improvement, but it's now acting up again. I'm gonna keep it as a backup once I get the PB-207.
Oh hey, can I ask you guys something... these butane lighters are touted as wind resistant. Well, if I light mine and gently blow on it the flame immediately goes out! Just a tiny gentle puff is all it takes. Is it just my lighter in particular or do all butanes go out with such a gentle puff of air?? If so, what is up with the "windproof" marketing campaign??
