I used to have trouble with my jet lighters until I got a free Colibri recently. The reason this one works well I believe is because of the adjustment knob it has. I have found that it works great after I refill it, then it will start to act up after several cigars. But since it has a real knob on it that doesn't require a screwdriver to adjust, I just turn up the fuel a little, and bingo, it's working great again. I continue to turn the fuel up as the tank empties and it works great until it's pretty much comletely empty. Not sure if this will help but I just wanted to mention it.
