Your "kook" managed to murder over 12 million people in cold blood...I'd say that describing him as just a "kook" severely underestimates what was, in fact, a murderous madman...and don't forget the other "kook" of the times, Josef Stalin, who managed to murder 30 million of his own kinsmen...just think of it...two "kooks" who managed to kill 42 million people (42,000,000) between them...staggering...
