Cigars and there boxes
OK, this is probrably a dumb question but it 's not the first or last one I'll ever ask so screw it. In the past when I would buy a box of cigars I would pull the cigars out of the box and put them in my humi. Simple enough but last week I decided to put a larger tuppadore in service in place of the smaller tupperdore I had. Well, now that I have more space of course I had to fill it. So I decided to order 2 boxes. I decided I would store the cigars in the boxes in which they came in the tuppadore. So my question is, those of you who have cabinet humis or coolerdores do you keep the box lids closed or do you keep them cracked slightly or completly open when storing your smokes in their original boxes? Does it make much of a difference? Keep in mind that chances are they will not be around long enough to be aged. Thanks for your replies in advance.
