I don't know about the cigar bar set-up on NCL but we/I had a great time on Princess cruseline this past May...9 days LA to Vancouver. Really nice cigar lounge, small and very comfortable. Great sevice. Had a nice selection of sticks but I brought my own. The lounge or cigar bar on these ships are a great place to hang out. Met a ton of interesting BOTL's and was a great place to spend a few hours after my wife retired at night by having a good smoke, a drink and friendly conversation.

You leaving out of Seattle or Vancouver?
