A couple of notes I would like to add, if I may:

Leavitt & Peirce Inc in Harvard Sq is one of the oldest cigar shops in North America. It's a real blast to go in there and they have everything cigar related and more you could want in an old fashioned setting.

David P Ehrlich Company 32 Tremont St Boston, is another quite old cigar shop too that is worth going in.

Stanza dei Sigari in Boston's North End is the best place to enjoy a cigar with a full bar menu and too many places near by to eat Italian food.
