RH for Pipe Tobacco?

I know that you shouldnt store pipe tobacco with your cigars because there will be flavour transfer and also because the RH of 70% will be too high for the tobacco. However my house is practically a walk in humi with the ambient humidity always being around 60-65%. Should i set up a mini humi in which to store my pipe tobacco at a lower RH than this? I assume that if it is too humid in a 70% humi then 65% ambient room humidity is also going to be too high. What sort of RH should pipe tobacco be stored at? Is it quite low, if so maybe a tupperdor with dessicated silica gel inside to absorb excess moisture?

any help would really be appreciated.
