Here goes another old guys massive list of mostly junkers.

63 Chevy II Nova, rag top, should read ragged out rust bucket. Dad gave it to me.

66 Impala, first car I ever bought, 300 bux.

68 Mustang POS, two transmissions and a motor.

70 Plymouth Roadrunner, AWESOME car and I miss it everyday. Wife had to sell it while I was overseas in the USMC.

73 Chevy Nova hatchback. Good car.

79 F-100 My first truck, did alot of stuff to her.

73 Vega, what the hell was I thinking when I bought this POS. Dead at 63,000 miles.

80 Z-28 Camaro, sweet car for the first two years then it nickel and dimed me to death.

85 F-150 4X4, first 4X4, never liked the automatic transmission in it. Excellent vehicle though.

84 Toyota Corolla, great car. Ran the piss out of it for years.

89 F-250 4X4, it was tough and durable. 1 battery, two headlights and the paint peeled like hell, but Ford repainted it to look new. All that was ever done to that truck in seven plus years. Like and idiot I sold it.

93 Subaru Legacy, probably the best car I ever owned.

96 Ford Explorer Sport 4X4, nice vehicle.

74 F-100, I ran this thing for years back and forth to work. It was a rust bucket but solid as hell till it threw 2 rods thru the oil pan on the Interstate.

94 Buick Regal, loved driving this car.

01 Ford Taurus, excellent family car.

95 F-150 4X4 300 six banger, 160,000 miles and still kicking, drive it to work everyday.

04 Nissan Xterra, Anita drives this puppy. I like it.

I also had a 63 F-250 to restore but didn't get to far in the process. Divorce screwed that up. There was no dough so I let her go, boooohooo. I really liked that old beast.

after seeing some of these lists, I feel ashamed at the number of vehicles I have owned over the past 20+ years!!

1 - 1972 Ford Maverick - I learned how to drive in this car - I'm still driving the same car to this day!!

2 - 1991 Dodge Shadow ES - A V6 under the hood - bad idea - totalled at "speeds in excess of 100mph" in '92

3 - 1993 Dodge Shadow ES - as if I didn't learn the first time - totalled when I was hit by a Ford F350 doing 70mph in '98. The car imploded (with me still inside)

4 - 1998 Dodge Dakota Sport - still running strong - currently in CA after helping my Parents move to their new house.

5 - 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 CTD - my workhorse - wife loves driving this more than the Dakota!

Now, I ended up becoming the owner of a Suncrest Lakeview class C RV when Mom and Dad moved - don't know if that qualifies as a "vehicle" or what it really is - my "doghouse" when I screw up....

Pretty short list for...

1. 95 Lebaron convertable. Parents gave it to me.
2. 03 Cadillac CTS. Love that car despite all the problems
3. 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Great ride, unkillable, great in snow, but those 8 clyinders were horrid on gas
4. 08 Nissan Xterra. My current ride. Joed had one so I got one. Lots of pep, better gas mileage than the jeep, comfortable, and reliable.

1. 1978 Ford Futura (My first car, kept it 8 years)
2. 1986 Ford Escort (Last time I bought a new car for myself)
3. 1989 Volvo 240 (My 7-year yuppie period; it had 146k miles when I sold it to a dad for his teenage daughter)
4. 1995.5 Honda Passport (bought it used 9 years ago this summer; still going after 13 years and 160k miles)

I keep them as long as I can and run them into the ground. I really like not having a car payment. And when we add my wife’s cars it gets even less exciting:

1. Early 80s Dodge Omni 024 (Her ride when we got married)
2. 1987 Ford Taurus (Used rental car, it was a 4-cylinder)
3. 1991 Dodge Grand Caravan (the Mom-mobile….”how many transmissions did you put in YOUR Dodge Caravan?”)
4. 1997 Mercury Villager (Mom-mobile II)
5. 2005 Ford Freestyle (First new car my wife has ever had)

I swear we’re not THAT boring. We just like to use our money for things other than exciting cars.

1988 Dodge Ram D-50... (dads truck) drove it from 16-18, Put over 150,000 miles on it... after I owned it. When dad Finally retired it it had more than 400,000 miles on it.
