current, 05 GSXR 1000, leo vince can, -1 in the front, heli bars, and most importantly, a proper suspension setup for my skinny a**

just sold my dirtybike 2 weeks ago

traded this for the gsxr (loved it, but I was out of control on it, I would have ended up in a coffin or jail if I had kept it)

this is the best pic I could find of my old beloved bubblebutt SRAD

There were a few other bikes, but they were all un-post worthy old beat up half finished cafe racer builds

I think you might not be looking closely at the picture. The bike in the shot is a parallel twin. A 550-four is and inline four. Very different motors. The 550 was a rev monster for it's time. The twins not so much.

Wow, this is a tough thread. Some of the bikes I hope to be able to buy in the next 4-8 years include the Wide Glide, the Road King, and the Road Glide, and there are beautiful pics of an example of each here.

Anyway, I just finally bought my first bike just over a year ago. Not quite a Harley or Victory like I really wanted, but I have really enjoyed putting about 5K miles on my Suzuki Boulevard C50SE (I'd have more, but I have been really cutting down on my miles for a couple months until I have time to bring it in for a safety recall and it is overdue for its 4K mile service).

Here is a photo of what it looked like for its first 500 miles or so before I bought and installed the saddle bags:

And what it has looked like since then, and will look like for another week or two until I can get around to installing the sissy bar I just recently purchased:

I may replace the bags with something nicer, or I may get rid of them altogether and just use a backpack or messenger bag when I have to carry something (like to/from work or school), and a nice travel bag for trips. I'll probably add a luggage rack if I do away with the bags. I may also replace the permanent mount windshield with a quick release so I can do away with it except for trips and long highway rides. So, the look may change fairly substantially in the next month or two.

How do those raked out machines ride? They look comfy for long highway rides, but it seems like they would be hell in the corners.

The biggest problem with Cigars and Motorcycles is that the Cigar burns too fast at 50 mph!
Beautiful shots! and nice bike. This is one of many reasons why I want to leave Florida
