Wow, it sucks. They sent you the product they described, just not the correct pic. If you look at the pic you can see it holds 6 across, so getting 15 count would be pretty difficult.

Good luck in getting what you're after.

If its any consolation, I have one that looks just like the one you recieved. Mine has three foam inserts. I've drug it around, dropped it more than a few times, and the stogies and box always survive. I've had mine a couple years use it often.

Hmmm... two "secret layers", eh? Nifty!

Damn, that just confirms my suspicions right there.

From now on I'm only going to use CS-approved vendors, anything else is not worth the hassle.

I saw that pic myself when looking for the 24-ct. I contacted them about which one it was and they said it was the 3000 series 1500 count. The pictured model in the 5400 24-count. I told them and they said they'd investigate. Guess not. I'm sorry I didn't post it then but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and never checked to see if they fixed it.

I found a used 5400 from another vendor. Cigar solutions has a very nice handled model that is similar to the 5400 with even better trays. Its a bit more $ though. The 5400 retailed for 60.00.

I already contact Ron but he doesn't ship outside of the USA. I would jump on those if I had a chance though.
