1950s - 1960s Tree Trunk Humidor Auction on eBay

I noticed this one last night I am not going to bid on it as I need every cent for cigars but I thought there maybe some individuals intrested in this humi/collectable.

I have not verified it with pictures in MRN but it looks good from first glance.

Maybe a nice piece for another BOTL hope someone can pick it up as she look like a great collectable.

This is a Very Rare Branch of the Tree Cabinet for 50 Cigars.

The Cabinet sizes: 16X20 cms.

That translates to 6.25 inches by 7.8 inches. That would barely hold 50 cigarettes.

That is definitely pretty unique, although not very practical. It might make a nice decoration in a cigar room though

This particular piece is talked about and photographed extensively in the MRN book.

Theoretically it has 30.67961576 sq in
with a 50 ring gauge cigar taking .4793689962 sq in
It should hold exactly 64 50 ring gauge cigars.
Assuming none are taller than 7.874 inches.
QED.

Wouldn't a 50 ring guage cigar take up .78125 sq in? (50/64). That would be 39 50 RGs.

50/64 gives you diameter
/2 radius
