On top is the glass. Beneath the glass is a sliding tray.
Beneath that is the door section that contains the singles drawers. Beneath that is space for boxes.
The door closes in that humidified section and then you could have one wide junk drawer or two or three small ones beneath the humidified section.
It'd be easy to build but it'd take lots of time.
awesome artistry shilala 10.0!

I get it now. The top drawer is still for gar stuff you with the glass you can now see it. Cool. All drawers will be complete pull out so you can see every stick.

One fan and a good size bag of beads and I'm set right?

Al
I'd work low cfm fans in somewhere along the way.
I'd use a hydra or two and a bunch of beads.
Being that the unit will be very deep, there could be ledges behind the pull out drawers that could hold tons of beads. Fans could be cut into those ledges to create a circular flow.
I can see it in my head real easy, wish I could take a pic for you.
The hydras could sit in the box section toward the back and feed up into the ledge/fan area.
I'd put the slats/air holes in the big under-glass slide out tray near the front and back to ensure the circular flow of air.
Blah, blah.
Don't get me started, I can go on forever.

Re: I want ideas

I'll be fine. I'm changing my address so no worries.

Thanks for your concern.

That's the whole idea. I want all the thoughts and wishes so I cam make a run at the 99% ultimate end table humidor.

More sketches of the fan and hydra set up. Anything you can think of. Keep those ideas coming!

Thanks,
Al

Re: I want ideas

The pics I can find it looks like they try and "hide" all the elec components under the cab. I want to think of a way to hide the hydro's but make it easy to get to for refill. Maybe a false wall in the back that holds the hydro units with the fan at the top it would act like a chimney. This hidden room could be made to slide out from the side for refilling without losing a ton of humidity.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

On the pull out drawers, put those auto slide rails on them. You give it a nudge and it closes softly by itself.

I never thought of them going back in but I thought there might be way way to give them a little push and they slide out.

Cool idea thanks! I will go in search of those.

Oh, we need a new pic of your delivery lady.

Thanks,
Al

I had a couple bombs lined up to go out today, but I've got unexpected baby duty. She'll have to wait a couple days.

Re: I want ideas

Get a shorter Vinotemp, put it next to the couch and put a lamp on it. But that wouldn't be much fun would it?
