New to wine cooler setup please help

I have a thermoelectric 12 bottle Temp remains at 65 degrees f but rh is high at 74 with no beads. no mods have been made to unit. Please Help

It doesn't matter, the OP made the post and then left the forum. Had he looked at the top of the forum, where he had to click to start this thread, he would have found the sticky about this very topic with pages and pages of help.
