vinotemp questions

Hi,

I'm fairly new in the jungle, and have been reading about people using vinotemp as a way to store cigars. I currently have 2 humidors that hold aprox. 75 cigars each. I'm fairly new to cigars, and was OK with 1 humidor for a while, now I have 2 and it still doesn't seem to be enough.....

Please clarify if I don't understand the idea behind the vinotemp and cigar storage. They can be adjusted for temperature and humidity levels. I'm not sure if they require some type of humidification device.

I've seen people discussing a 32 bottle model, any idea how many cigars this will hold?

I'm also located in Canada, any ideas as to where they could be purchased?

Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated.

Cheers

Re: vinotemp questions

http://vinocool.com/products.htm shipping is 50 bucks and so all in it is $170... that is by far the best you are gonna do in Canada anywhere else you are looking at 300-400 just for the vinotemp. Just don't buy the last one and we are cool... I am waiting till August as I spent July's Budget too quick. Then hit up MTmouse for some shelves and Shilala (SP?) for some beads.

PS your looking for the 28 bottle one (3 versions) Just don't choose the one with the wood racks as it's not spanish cedar and the metal ones take up less room

Happy hunting

Re: vinotemp questions

I could not find the Vinotemps that everybody on CS uses for sale in Canada - but did find www.vinocool.com. They are Vinotemp Canada and are clearing out all of their wine coolers. They have 28 bottle models going for $119.00 CAD, they are not the latest models with digital controls but should do the job in any case. Tell them Roger sent you
