I bought one. Compaired to the one I bought at Heartfelt,it was always off. The Hearfelt hygometer read my beads accurately.

The hygro I purchased from Heartfelt is -4% and the one from Walmart is +5%. My guess is it is kind of a crapshoot, but you have a better chance of getting one dead on if you pay a little more.

My $20 one from CI I've had for awhile and works great in my regular humi (+2%). But I needed a new one for my cooler, so I figured, "What the hell, I'll give the cheap one a try." It's working for me so far.
