I only saw it in passing and mostly looked at the price tag, but that sure looks like the one. And seeing as how it is 28 bottle vinotemp, it probably is.

Nope. These use thermoelectric cooling, allowing you to precisely regulate your temperature inside. I don't own one as I have a cabinet sized humi, but these are most often used with humidity beads for a near perfect / hasslefree solution.
