Greatest thickness of cedar shelves...
...in a vino? I did a search and couldn't find what the greatest thickness was. I know a lot of gorillas use 1/4" and 3/8" but I couldn't find if 3/8" was the thickest allowable. I work at the local B&M and we have a bunch of cedar laying around but it is all 1/2" and I was wondering before I brought it all home if it would fit in my vino. Anyone know?

1/4" is about all that will *comfortably* fit. I got some planks on ebay and cut them down to size.

You could bevel or dado the edges of the 1/2" to make it fit in the rail slots.

Re: Greatest thickness of cedar shelves...
3/8" is good. You may be able to get 1/2" in there but it will be a tight fit.
