Good service from Tampa Humidor

My wife suprised me with a Christmas present......a Lexington cabinet humidor from Tampa Hunidor.

It arrived Friday and when I unpacked it, it was badly damaged and it looked like it had been repackaged by UPS. The base was seperated from the cabinet, all the shipping styrofoam was damaged and broken and they had used UPS shipping pouches to try and protect the humi when they repackaged it. You could tell it didn't come from the factory this way.

Needless to say, I was very disappointed and called Tampa Humidor right away, (this was late afternoon on Friday). I explained the situation to them, I sent pictures of the damage and they said they would get right back to me. Within 30 minutes they called back saying they had just sent out another humidor, they already had a tracking number for me, and it would arrive to me on Dec. 24, in time for Christmas. They said they would make arrangements for UPS to pick up the old one but wanted to get a new one sent out first so I could get it quicker.

I was very impressed with the service of Tampa Humidor and will highly reccommend them to anyone.
