I was hoping to get some quick feedback on this, as it's only available today, but has anyone heard anything about these?

The price is new. $65 shipped. Hmm.

Well incase no one replies and anyone's inclined to bite, it's looking like it may not be a good buy. Frequent problems and lack of solid support from the manufacturer. I'd still appreciate any input from posters who've had any experience with them.

The Thermo electric cooling is what we want, right? That's what the vinotemp system uses?

Edit: wow, not just a few bad reviews, just about 100% horrible, run away reviews. And not such a great price, apparently. I'm going to pass.

I have one that I got for a song. Even at that price I'm not sure I would do it again.

Good: Thermo, holds humidity ok but needs a second fan for consistency.

Bad: You've seen the reviews. I've had pretty good luck with mine, the only thing that's not functioning properly is the LCD display of temp.

Fire away with any specific questions and I will try to answer.

Bottom line: You are better waiting for a Vinotemp deal, but it does work for our purposes.
