As some of you know and can tell that I am a green-horn. just got into cigars, humidor, etc... Well I have been dealing with David from Heartfelt Industries, and all I can say is WoW.

He was very quick to respond....very helpful....and good on his word.

I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everything to do business with these guys. They definitely have my business and a repeat customer.

Good to hear! I am actually about to order from them for the first time and was a bit worry about asking too many questions or whatever. Did you email back and forth with him or call?

Everyone seems to rave about them on here though so I will certainly be looking at them first for all my humidor needs!

Typical Heartfelt. They ship very fast, their prices are very reasonable, and they are just good guys to deal with. I've purchased from the twice and will certainly to so again.

I emailed them actually, and he answered every question I had. I order the 65% humidity beads and a cigar cutter. He answered my questions about the beads and gave me a link from this board about their beads....and the cutter I wanted was back-ordered, but followed through and got me the one I was looking for.

Again I was very very pleased.....and am definitely gonna be a repeat customer.
