but I am not sure if they are legal to bring in to the states? What are the laws on water pipes, bongs, and pipes?

Not a good idea to sell paraphernalia over the internet. If you sell to someone in another state, then you are bound by their laws and subject to prosecution. For instance, here in Colorado, if you call it a "bong" it is automatically considered drug paraphernalia. If you even say the word "Bong" in a store, you will be told to leave.


From what I can remember of my college days in Boulder , they shut down the big head shop near campus because the products were made outside the USA...or so the story goes. Not sure if it was US Customs or Colorado law.
