Fluker's Digital Thermometer and Hygrometer
I picked up one of these:
Temperature Gauges (the digital one on the bottom of the page) up from Petco on Friday. The claim on the package says the hygrometer is accurate to 1% from 20%-99%RH. I salt tested it and tested in a boveda calibration kit. The hygrometer read 75% in both. It is not adjustable but appears to be accurate. The reading seems to refresh rather quickly as well, faster than my humi care one does. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up on what seems to be a decent hygrometer. If you go to Ebay and Search "Flukers" there is a current buy it now auction with them for $9.99 + $2.99 shipping. Just trying to pass along my experience and I think a pretty decent deal to my fellow BOTL's. |
