I have the "Mother of all Humidors" in cherrywood from Thompson. It is 23" x 31" x 15" and can hold 550 sticks. I'm not sure if thats the model you are looking for. It is really nice quality and well worth the money. The new magazine they just sent has it for $349.00

As far as I know they are at varying sizes I have one at around 100 count but it fits more with careful placement. So far it doesnt have any problems. Humidors are Thompsons only saving grace and even then you can find them cheaper.

Decent buy

Man, I looked at that lucky 7 a couple times and meant to buy it at $79, but never got around to it.

I have a similar design 4-drawer that holds an honest 100 (120 if all coronas) which I use to store my everyday cigars. IOW, I open and close it every day and it has held up great. Cigars are easy to keep track of and find too.

I have a couple of TCC humidors and have been perfectly satisfied with them.

Ah the 'Mother' - I saw latest catalog too - no more premiums with purchase this time.

It looked not a bad deal with free shipping; then with an electronic humidifier.

The glass is nice, especially on top. For a very similar humidor, but a little bit bigger (makes a differnce) without glass top but with glass doors look at Tampa Humidors' Trivoli model.

I currently store 1,000 sticks in this $329 cabinet.

What humidor is this, can you say? I never saw a claimed 25 count that could hold 25, let alone 40.

Are you sure? I bought it as a package with 25 cigars & a lighter for $30 last month and I could of swore it said 25 count. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure.

Re: Thompson Cherrywood Humidor

mrsmitty,

Purt durn sure. That's how I got mine too - around 25 cigars, lighter - and I got a TCC ball cap too. Lucky me.

Another way to tell is height - 4-4.5 inches high are usually claimed 40/50 counts

Oh, oh - they called it 'South of the Border' special.

Maybe that explains how I have so many gars in it lol... Dummy me. I could of swore it was 25 count. I have a hot chocolate tin full of beads that's taking up about 10 cigars worth of room so that would be about right.

Re: Thompson Cherrywood Humidor

I see the price of these humidors and I know the wholesale costs. I often wonder how thompsons can afford to give cigars away free. Makes you wonder.
